What should I do if some areas of the workpiece are not engraved?
Why are some areas of the workpiece surface not engraved?If you notice that certain areas of the workpiece have not been engraved, please check the following:
1. Check whether the material thickness is uniform.
If the material thickness is uneven and the Z-axis origin is set at the highest point of the workpiece, some lower areas may not be engraved. It is recommended to set the Z-axis origin at the lowest point of the workpiece to ensure the entire surface is machined properly.
2. Check whether the cutting tool has broken during machining.
If the cutting tool breaks during the engraving process, the remaining machining operations cannot be completed correctly, resulting in unengraved areas. Please inspect the cutting tool and replace it if necessary before machining again.
