Press the fuse cover tightly while turning it counterclockwise.
Take out the fuse cover and the fuse. Thereafter, replace the fuse with another one with the same specifications as supplied by the original manufacturer
Insert the fuse cover and the new fuse back in the fuse holder, and then press the cover tightly the same way while turning it clockwise.
Eventually, turn on the machine power to check if the machine can be turned on
