Found that part of the engraving object surface was not engraved.

Accepted Answer

It is possible that the thickness of the material itself is uneven, and the engraving starting point is set at the thickest part of the material. This may happen that part of the material surface is not engraved. Therefore, the starting point should be set at the thinnest point of the engraving material.
It is possible that the tool bit breaks during the engraving

Replacing the fuse

Accepted Answer

Press the fuse cover tightly while turning it counterclockwise.
Take out the fuse cover and the fuse. Thereafter, replace the fuse with another one with the same specifications as supplied by the original manufacturer
Insert the fuse cover and the new fuse back in the fuse holder, and then press the cover tightly the same way while turning it clockwise.
Eventually, turn on the machine power to check if the machine can be turned on

Open the format setting of the post-processor and use a custom method to set the start and end commands of the G code and the layout of the G commands for the post-processor, which are all open for users to adjust.

As long as to set the CAM software post-processor to the commands that Bravoprodigy CNC is acceptable, and the Gcode can be transferred for usage.

Firstly, visit https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmposts, and key in Bravoprodigy to find the post-processor. (Pictures for your reference.)

Second, go to the “Machine and post”, thereafter, press the blue box to load a new post-processor.

Third, import the file and press select.

Eventually, press post and rename the Gcode file extension to “.tap”.
