It is recommended to set the Z-axis origin at the lowest point of the workpiece to ensure the entire surface is machined properly. 2. Check whether the cutting tool has broken during machining. Spindle Overload SOP: Overload Alarm & Spindle Fault Diagnosis

Spindle Overload Message Appears:
It’s a protective reminder of the spindle due to the program settings. Therefore, when the program detects abnormal load, it will appear as a reminder window to inform the users.
Please recheck if the toolpaths are well-set, or the barriers interfere with the spindle initially. If barriers interfere with the spindle, please move out of the barriers. Thereafter, follow the steps to get back to the original status.

First: Press the "OK" button, and the system will count down 30 seconds.

Second: After the countdown, it will return to the CNC software window, and users can continue to operate.

After you press OK, then the spindle will get back to normal operating status. This is the protection window of our machines, please don’t worry after you adjust it. If it shuts down suddenly, for instance, the spindle cannot run normally, the screen will show this reminder window as well.

If this phenomenon occurs, we suggest users provide more detailed information, namely machine model, serial number, operating process, etc. Moreover, please also provide recording references, such as photos, screenshots, and videos. This could help us to check in detail and assist you accordingly.

Check Whether the Spindle Is Faulty:
The following checkpoints are shown below, please check those correspondingly. This will help us to confirm in detail.

Adjust the Spindle speed percentage to 5%, close the cover, and press the spindle button on to observe if the spindle is running normally. If it does not rotate, please try to turn the spindle by hand, and then start it after turning it at different angles to see if it runs normally. (Please provide the screenshots.)
If it runs normally, please adjust the Spindle speed percentage to 50% and observe if the spindle is running normally. (Recording the screenshots.)
If it runs normally, please adjust the Spindle speed percentage to 100% and observe if the spindle is running normally.
